Cherie, I just wanted to thank you so much for including us at Brain Injury Camp this past weekend.  I can tell you put so much thought and effort into making it such a positive experience for everyone. It was such a meaningful experience - and so well done!  (wife / caregiver)

__________

How can I ever thank you for all that you have done.  I thank God for you Cherie and your organization.  You made some sense of this whole mess, my son listened to you.  The overwhelming frustration, confusion, and difficulty he was experiencing just dealing with simple everyday responsibilities and tasks was heart breaking. You gave him HOPE and re-directed his energy and spirit to a more positive attitude towards life.

You will never know how happy I was to learn he stumbled on to your organization and started attending meetings. As the weeks went by after your meetings I could see the changes in my son.  The doom and gloom was fading.  He was uplifted and exhibiting HOPE; he was practicing what you taught him; and was implementing your recommendations.  In his frustration he would actually start verbalizing steps that you taught him to keep him on track and to stay focused. I was quite proud to see that he wanted to be better, he wanted to improve.

Most of all Cherie, thank you for making this world a better place for the unfortunate and the disabled to live in.  It's a pleasure knowing you.  Your caring, sincere, happy, down to earth, positive demeanor got my son to listen and keep going. For that I am forever grateful.  (mother / caregiver)
